I am a daughter, a friend, a wife, and most of all a Mother. It was quite a journey to motherhood, but I am enjoying my children everyday because of the struggle. I grew up because of them and I am continuing to be a better mom and person everyday. I adore my husband and my kids and they, in turn, adore me. We are Growing Up Souter.

Souter Family Vacation

We needed a vacation badly. Marcus heard of this great little place called Gatlinburg, Tennessee. So off to a rented cabin (at a resort of course) we went. Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge is as Hill-Billy as can be. Lots of antiques and way too many black bear carvings. So to sum it all up, we went, we stayed, we looked, we survived and now we have returned. Enjoy the photos.

My absolute favorite photo of Emmanuel wearing his dad's hat on the resorts playground. I had it made into a poster for his new big-boy room.


The Souter family on the Ober Gatlinburg tram. The tram ride over was nice, but Ober during non-ski season is quite boring.

That place looks so cute! I LOVE that first pic of E too!!! Hie is such a handsome boy with really warm smile. Glad to see you guys on here and you can be sure I'll be reading your blog. :)
