I am a daughter, a friend, a wife, and most of all a Mother. It was quite a journey to motherhood, but I am enjoying my children everyday because of the struggle. I grew up because of them and I am continuing to be a better mom and person everyday. I adore my husband and my kids and they, in turn, adore me. We are Growing Up Souter.

Milkin' a Cow at the Pumpkin Patch










This weekend Emmanuel and I joined our favorite friend at the Green Meadows farm and (seasonally) Pumpkin Patch. Emmanule LOVES animals and to my surprise was able to call out the name of a few without prompting. He was yelling "Pig! Pig!" and "Cow" and "baaaa [for the sheep]". He even got to milk a cow! On our way out we picked out our little pumpkin with our friends. It was a great fall afternoon. Needless to say Emmanuel slept all night. He was tuckered out.
