She has had so many milestones. Too many really because now she and her brother fuss and take things from each other . . all the time. But it's all love.
So I spent the last few weeks working on this party in our basement. My husband and I put up the decorations. Then I got creative and decided to make the food.
Enter the party menu:
- Lobster salad and toasted stars
- Sunflower butter and jam samdwiches (flower shape)
- White Pizza triangles
- Chicken Nuggets (Chik-Fil-A)
- Fruit from Chik-Fil-A (it is THE freshest)
- Tuna Fish Sandwiches (heart shaped)
- And Tea, of course, made by Tameika
The heart, tea pots and custom name signs were ordered The TomKat Studios. They had an Alice in Wonderland theme that I borrowed the Tea Party idea from. My husband and I made all the signs and table cards. Whew!
It was SO MUCH FUN! And alas, my baby girl has had her very own birthday party. She's 3.
Here's a slide show from the party. Enjoy!
- Tired Mommy Souter (but happy)
